“Bang!” the bus knocked on the roadside, but Teck, the bus driver, just cannot put his eyes away from the top mirror which reflects a pretty lady. This habit has never change.
“I am going to complain!” a passenger shouted.
The whole traffic gets jammed just because of the bus.
The timer goes “5…4…3”
Knowing that this may be his last match, Boon dunks the ball with all his strength. The rim cannot stand the 200 pounds weigh and trembles. He falls. Boon scored the last winning point for his team. He is still unconscious and won’t wake up again.
“Woof woof!” Ruff is fighting with Taro again. That hamster just love to snatch Ruff’s foods. Other than barking, Ruff is too timid that it can only sit on one corner watching Taro finishing up all the foods. While Taro, just cannot get a hand away from those hard crackers.
“Seng Ah, don’t tired yourself hor”
“Ok, I’ll try to be back early” Seng, in his office suit, replied his mum.
He stepped out of the house, and reaches an underground gambling hideout. Everyone there address him as “Da Ge”, he put off his tie and start to collect payment.
Everything stops in motion. Froze has used his superpower again so that he won’t be late for class. He steps into the classroom and no one is there yet.10 minutes before lesson; he decided to take a nap. However, he forgot to unfreeze it and slept for another 8 hours.

Teck is a bus driver, he has chosen this job not because he loves driving, but he love to attract pretty girls’ attention on bus. Being a bus driver will be his dream job. However, now, he have to concentrate driving and won’t be able to spot pretty girls anymore.
Boon is a potential basketball player who weighs 200 pounds. He plays basketball every morning and eats twice as much in the evening. He knows he is lacking stamina. He decided to have a diet plan. He climbs the stairs and falls off, become immobilize for his next entire life.
Taro is Lean’s pet hamster. Unlike other hamsters, Taro hates lettuces and nuts but it only prefers hard crackers and dry foods. Hence, it always shares the same bowl with their neighbor’s pet dog, Ruff. As Taro is more aggressive than Ruff, it often ends out finishing the bowl itself.
Seng has been a gangster since his middle school. Now he is 35 years old but still involve in fights and illegal gambling. He cares for his family and never let them know. He wore business suit every morning. Until now, his mother still thought that he is a undergraduate.
Froze is the only person that can freeze time. However, in order not to abuse it, he only uses his power when he is late for school or when he need more sleep. In the morning, often, he find himself sitting in the class for 5 hours and nobody come.

These are more character studies than stories. Try focusing more on the situation while keeping in mind the characters.
